Promotions are cool.
Ugly uniforms are not.
More money is cool.
Unmatching uniform is not.

I like you...but you have her.

Little things that you don't even notice..could make a difference to another person...
Even though I don't go to church that often, I believe this was the work of God.

So I worked from 8pm to 2:15am tonight in drive thru. Anyway..it was around 1am when this customer came. When he pulled up to the window where I take his money, we had a little talk. He asked me what courses I took and where do I go to school..what my future plans are , such and such..and he actually read my name tag and called me by my name. After that he said this to me..

"I'm very glad to see someone working at this hour and is still happy and cheerful. You have a beautiful laugh and a great smile..and you made my day today.. I just got divorced..and lots of things have happend but because I came through here and saw you, I have hope to live on again. Thank you and have a great night "

I was very happy that something so little could mean so much for another stranger..but I was also crying inside because if I hadn't been cheerful and happy and in a goofy mood this customer might have done something to hurt himself..

Funny thing is..the reason I was so weird and cheerful at the time was because I screwed up badly at a previous order..These dudes came in and ordered 60 dollars worth of food and so I had to find the managers keys to break a hundred dollar bill..I looked all over the store for it and it was in my pocket the whole time ...and I was just laughing at myself

Little things that don't really mean much to yourself could sometimes mean a whole lot to others..even someone you 've only met once!

so it is finally summer
more math for me
it's actually quite fun, aside from getting a strike from late homework, i think i'm doing quite alright.

most recent fun time was on Canada Day
Aoi and Amy ( other one , duh ) went to the Internation Jazz Festival at Granville Island. We WALKED there from Granville Station. It was quite an experience, and I would do it all over again, except not with flip flops this time. We walked back again and had dinner at Moxie's with KJ. Real awesome except I was so sun burnt I had to ask the waitress for ice..food was not bad... it was a pretty fun day , and the only money I spent on was on food and a pair of shades because I had forgotten mine at church. The new ones are pretty awesome. Green rim. oh yah.

At the market place on Granville Island...very pretty flowers, Aoi's dream shop.

I like this shirt..It's very awesome , no?

Bridge view of Granville Island on the way back, very beautiful. ( WALKING!!!)

When we reached Science World station..decided to get off and just walk around.
Very fun and relaxing, picture taken by KJ after our sad attempt at using the timer on my camera. I didn't even know my camera had that function... Aoi bought the same shirt as me the same day except brown. She was so crazy about that shirt that we walked up and down Robson just trying to find American Eagle.

Not very many pictures with KJ in it. Here is KJ ..

There were people biking past us with butt cracks showing, but you have to zoom in on the picture to see the crack..not very attractive. EWww..

Well...thats all I have for now. Can't wait until Celebration of Lights. Just an excuse to sit out at the beach all day doing nothing but having fun. I love you all.
